What MixRoom is
MixRoom is a focused, four-week online mixing cohort led by Eddie Kramer, built for engineers and producers who want to sharpen their taste, improve decision-making, and complete a professional, portfolio-ready mix through guided iteration.
This is not a passive webinar or a self-paced course. MixRoom follows a real-world mix cycle: session preparation, balance and tone, refinement, and final delivery. You will mix alongside the cohort, submit revisions weekly, and apply feedback in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
The 4-week structure (2-track model)
Weeks 1 to 2: Track A
- Week 1: Initial balance and direction
- Week 2: Refinement, tone, space, and automation
Weeks 3 to 4: Track B
- Week 3: Initial approach with elevated expectations
- Week 4: Final polish, translation, and delivery mindset
You submit one revised mix per week.
Total submissions per participant: 4 mixes.
